What counts as a diagnostic?+
One diagnostic = one full scan of one cloud provider account. Running AWS + GCP in sequence counts as 2 diagnostics.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?+
Yes. Upgrade instantly. Downgrade at end of billing period. No lock-in.
Do you store my cloud credentials?+
Never. Credentials are used in memory only during the diagnostic and immediately discarded. We never write them to disk or database.
What payment methods do you accept?+
